Navomix Skin & Body Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, please take note of the following booking guidelines:


1. Deposit & Payment

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

    The remaining balance is payable immediately after your treatment.

    Payments can be made via EFT, card, or cash.


2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

    Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

    Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    Repeated cancellations may result in restricted future bookings.


3. Late Arrivals

    A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.

    Arrivals beyond this may incur a R200 late fee or result in a shortened session.


4. General Etiquette

    Please arrive with clean skin and avoid applying products before your treatment.

    Respectful behaviour is expected at all times to maintain a peaceful and professional environment.
